Pomace olive oil is produced from the pulp and leftover flesh of the olives, after the first press is done creating Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In the kitchen it is a very versatile product; when mixed with extra virgin olive oil from origin to an ideal condiment for the preparation of fried food or baked products.
