Capers in vinegar
These capers are unseeded buds of “ Capparis Spinosa” plant. They are stored in vinegar and they represent a typical salty summer preserve. these capers have high nutritional values and they are very useful in the kitchen as they have a strong decided flavour which it compliments with mixing for various sauces. They are also very useful for meat, fish, pasta recipes, also good on focaccia bread, pizza and salads.
